How many burpees can you do in 2 minutes?

 

It's time to put your endurance to the test! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, this challenge is for everyone who’s ready to push themselves.

 

How It Works

​

Warm up and set a timer for 2 minutes.

Perform as many burpees as you can in that time. Remember, good form matters!

When the timer ends, note your score.

Submit your score below and see where you rank on the leaderboard!

Keep an eye on the leaderboard and track your progress! Top finishers will earn serious bragging rights and maybe a little something special at the end of the month. 💪

Rules & Tips

​

Make sure you complete full burpees: chest to the ground and jump up with hands above your head.

Submit only your best score.
