Just thought l'd let you know that I absolutely smashed it today.
New PB and I managed to sneak under 2:30 for the first time ever
in 2:29:48. I was off pace by 11seconds at halfway and
normally that would mean that l'd gradually get slower but I was the strongest bloke on the course in the final miles. Overtaking loads of people. That can only have been down to what you've had me doing in the gym. Thanks a million. - David (marathon runner)

I'm climbing this morning & I know it's still early days with improving my strength BUT I did a move in climbing where I really engaged my lats & pulled myself up- only a few centimetres but it allowed me to stick the move and it's all because of the training I'm doing with you so I just wanted to message and say thank you!! - Sophie
